A unit can be excellent while the program around it is incoherent. Before a course review or accreditation visit, rate the whole degree against the dimensions a panel actually probes — and see where the work is, not on the morning of the visit.

Reviews reward coherence and evidence, not aspiration. The strongest programs can show the thread — program outcomes mapped to AQF level, assessment that builds and isn't duplicated, a closed student-feedback loop, and data driving change. A red here is simply the highest-value place to put effort before the panel arrives.
